City Tax is not included: most Italian Municipalities have introduced the Local City Tax that has to be paid directly on spot. It is applied per night per person and depends on the hotels category.
DISCLAIMER
- Once confirmed tickets are not refundable
- In case of bad weather, the show will be recovered on July 23rd 2025 and no refund can be requested. In case that spectators cannot be present at the postponed show, they shall not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
- Should the show performance be permanently interrupted after at least 40 minutes after the show starts, spectators shall not be entitled to a refund.
- Enjoylive Travel srl is not responsible for any claim, damage, compensation, loss or expense deriving from the cancellation, postponement or change of the event.
- In case of strike announced by Theatre management and/or in the case of 'Force Majeure' (earthquake, natural disaster or a performer illness), Enjoylive Travel shall not be held responsible for the event cancellation and will refund only the face value of the tickets.
- Children over 6 years of age must be in possession of a full-price ticket. Under 6 years, they are free of charge if they seat on parents’ legs
- Spectators with reduced mobility or disabilities who wish to attend the show in the seats reserved for them by law (which vary depending on the venue) must send a request to require those kind of seats. Once the maximum number of seats available by law in the area specifically designated for a show have run out, the organization shall not be able to fulfill subsequent requests for the same show. People with reduced mobility or disabilities can only attend the show from within the reserved area, which can be accessed upon the purchase of a special ticket, in accordance with the procedure described above. For personal safety and protection reasons, spectators with reduced mobility or disabilities in possession of a valid entry ticket, yet for a sector other than the reserved area or other than the ticket type that is expressely intended for these types of seats, shall be prevented from entering the event venue.
- We would also like to remind users that given the unique location of the venue intended to host the event, as well as the natural features of the road, which make it impassable to cars at the end, we do not recommend attendance at the event for anyone who has motor difficulties or is in poor physical health, or anyone who should avoid exerting themselves.
- In any case, people who decide to come to the event venue to attend the show shall do so at their own risk, without any liability on the part of the organizers. Should such physical conditions onset after the ticket has been purchased and before the date of the event, the purchased ticket cannot be replaced or refunded, nor can the person request to be relocated to a different seat within the venue, other than the one indicated on the purchased ticket.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Seats for the event are guaranteed in pairs (two next to each other).
In case of requests for three or more tickets together, our team will do the best to seat you together, anyway we cannot guarantee at the time of purchase. If the proximity condition is primary, please check the availability contacting us by mail (info@enjoylive.travel) or by phone (+390721287282).
“Single” ticket purchase is possible where specified. Purchaising more single tickets doesn’t guarantee proximity. Requests for groups (10+ Tickets) can be sent by mail (info@enjoylive.travel) or by phone (+390721287282).
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Credit Card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) are welcomed in accordance to the strictest clearing standards for web services and online transactions.
Payments by Bank Transfer have to be accepted by our team in accordance to particular commercial circumstances or partnership agreements.
Delivery times and methods may vary according to the conditions established by the Event Organizer. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are already included in the purchase price. Tickets might be availabIe as:
- E-tickets: Tickets will generally be sent to the indicated email in the week before the event or as soon as made available by the event organizer. Tickets sent have to be printed together with any name change document, if necessary
- Paper Tickets: paper tickets will be sent to the customer's hotel in the days immediately preceding the event. To complete the order, please provide the hotel name and address, name linked to the booking, check-in date
- Mobile Tickets: To use these tickets, a smartphone is required to show the ticket (pkpass file) and to scan the bar code. In some cases it will be necessary to open the ticket via the indicated app. Our team will provide all the information necessary to complete the operation.
- Pick-up: In cases where it is not possible to send tickets to the hotel, customers can collect them at a pick-up point with times and methods that will be communicated and, if possible, agreed with the customer.
- Member a/o season cards: For some events, the customer may receive cards or special season tickets which must be returned after the end of the event. Their delivery will follow the same conditions previously explained. The customer will be provided with all the instructions to follow to delivery back the cards. If for any reason the clients are unable to return the cards, extra costs for the replacement of the card or market value prices of the events included in the card itself, will be applied.

- Transfers by private car, minibus or bus from the hotel to the concert venue and back on request
Useful information for tranfers drop off/pick up points:
- For those purchasing tickets in Executive Vip area, 1st category and staying in Volterra, it is recommended to take the transfer either by minibus with 7/8 seats or by car because busses won’t reach the executive vip entrance but they will only reach the “other categories-entrances”.
- Executive Vip Area tickets holders are allowed to enter through the “other categories entrance” but in this case, they have to walk across the whole theatre to reach their seats in front of the stage and to reach the hospitality area.
- The concert will take place in a very suggestive venue: in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Please wear a casual look and confortable shoes because the roads to reach the theatre are unpaved. For those who have walking problems, the venue is not recommended (except for the case that they will purchase executive vip area tickets).
- The drop off/pick up point for the “Other Categories Entrance” is at about 800 meters from the theatre for minivan with 8 seats and busses with 29 seats. For busses with 50 seats the drop off point is at about 800 meters from the theatre while the pick up point can be up to 2 km from the theatre.
- The drop off/pick up point for the “Executive Vip Area Entrance” is at about 300 meters from the theatre.
