CITY TAX

City Tax is not included: most Italian Municipalities have introduced the Local City Tax that has to be paid directly on spot. It is applied per night per person and depends on the hotels category.

  •  In case of strike announced by Theatre management and/or in the case of 'Force Majeure' (earthquake, natural disaster or a performer illness), Enjoylive Travel shall not be held responsible for the event cancellation and will refund only the face value of the tickets.
  • In case of changes of the the Event Date and time for which Enjoylive Travel is not responsible, the order will remain valid for the new date where not otherwise indicated. Customers are invited to check for any changes via official channels.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Seats for the event are guaranteed in pairs (two next to each other).

In case of requests for three or more tickets together, our team will do the best to seat you together, anyway we cannot guarantee at the time of purchase. If the proximity condition is primary, please check the availability contacting us by mail (info@enjoylive.travel) or by phone (+390721287282).

“Single” ticket purchase is possible where specified. Purchaising more single tickets doesn’t guarantee proximity. Requests for groups (10+ Tickets) can be sent by mail (info@enjoylive.travel) or by phone (+390721287282).

 

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Credit Card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) are welcomed in accordance to the strictest clearing standards for web services and online transactions.

Payments by Bank Transfer have to be accepted by our team in accordance to particular commercial circumstances or partnership agreements.


Delivery times and methods
may vary according to the conditions established by the Event Organizer. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are already included in the purchase price. Tickets might be availabIe as:

  • E-tickets: Tickets will generally be sent to the indicated email in the week before the event or as soon as made available by the event organizer. Tickets sent have to be printed together with any name change document, if necessary
  • Paper Tickets: paper tickets will be sent to the customer's hotel in the days immediately preceding the event. To complete the order, please provide the hotel name and address, name linked to the booking, check-in date
  • Mobile Tickets: To use these tickets, a smartphone is required to show the ticket (pkpass file) and to scan the bar code. In some cases it will be necessary to open the ticket via the indicated app. Our team will provide all the information necessary to complete the operation.
  • Pick-up: In cases where it is not possible to send tickets to the hotel, customers can collect them at a pick-up point with times and methods that will be communicated and, if possible, agreed with the customer.
  • Member a/o season cards: For some events, the customer may receive cards or special season tickets which must be returned after the end of the event. Their delivery will follow the same conditions previously explained. The customer will be provided with all the instructions to follow to delivery back the cards. If for any reason the clients are unable to return the cards, extra costs for the replacement of the card or market value prices of the events included in the card itself, will be applied.
