Be ready to immerse yourself in the world of Rossini, visiting his birthplace, the National Museum dedicated to him. Be moved by the notes written by him and interpreted by wonderful artists in hidden treasures in the region.
The Tour continues by taking us to admire the paintings of Raffello Sanzio and the many masterpieces exhibited at the National Gallery of the Marche in Urbino before moving to Gradara to reveal the famous love story of Paolo and Francesca. Here you can relax with a view of the rolling hills of the Marche.
Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Pesaro
- Arrival in Pesaro by own means. Accomodation at 4* Hotel.
- In the afternoon meeting with the guide at the hotel. Guided tour of Pesaro, including Museo Nazionale Rossini and Casa di Rossini.
- Dinner in selected restaurant with menu inspired by Rossini. Return to the hotel on foot.
Day 2 - San Lorenzo in Campo / Mondavio
- Breakfast in the hotel. Meeting with the guide and departure to San Lorenzo in Campo.
- Visit of Abbazia Benedettina and Teatro Tiberini (exclusive opening) with private concert.
- IL BEL CANTO ITALIANO - Studio Lirico Internazionale – Private Concert
Music: Gioachino Rossini, Gaetano Donizetti, Vincenzo Bellini, Giuseppe Verdi - Tasting lunch in Farroteca (specialized in farro-based dishes). In the afternoon visit of Rocca Roveresca and Teatro Apollo in Mondavio.
- Visit of a winery in the surroundings with tasting of local wine and products.
- Return to Pesaro. Free dinner.
Day 3 - Urbino / Urbania
- Breakfast in the hotel. Meeting with the guide and departure to Urbino to visit Palazzo Ducale and Teatro Sanzio.
- Departure to Urbania. Lunch in a restaurant in the historical centre. In the afternoon visit of Teatro Bramante of Urbania.
- CONCERT FOR HARP AND VOICE - private concert
Music: N. Vaccaj, G. Crescentini – chamber and didactic arias - Afterwards extraordinary Paint Theatre performance by Giuliano Del Sorbo on Guglielmo Tell ouverture by Gioachino Rossini.
- Guided walk through the village of Urbania.
- Return to Pesaro. Free dinner.
Day 4 - Gradara / Fiorenzuola
- Breakfast in hotel. Meeting with the guide and departure to Gradara to visit the Rocca.
- Free time to do shopping in the several craft shops and souvenirs shops in this suggestive village.
- Lunch in a restaurant, in the historical centre.
- Departure to Fiorenzuola di Focara. Visit of the village and photo stop to enjoy the stunning view on the sea.
- Retrun to Pesaro. Free dinner.
Day 5 - Departure
- Breakfast in the hotel and check-out of the rooms.
- Departure by own means.
